- Cabrini Park. Not an
official dog park. Not legal to have your dog off-leash but has been adopted
by local dog lovers and they maintain the park. The local authorities don't
have the resources to enforce the leash laws.
Located in the French Quarter just off Esplanade there is a dog park. It is
well-kept and has water. (Thank you Martha E. Wunsch & Carrie Fisher).
