Carson City
- Fuji Dog Park. Location: By Costco past Hwy
50. Directions: Take 395 south through carson City past HWY 50 and it's on the

- Exercise loop/bird reserve/off-leash dog
park. This is a bird reserve dogs are allowed off-leash, the back of the park
has the Carson river. Location: Marsh road. Directions: Going south on 395
turn left on E 5th street go all the way down as far as you can go you will
run into it. Or going east on HWY 50 turn right on Graves lane which becomes E
Edmonds Dr, turn left on E 5th Street go all the way down. (Thank you Tania

Henderson

Acacia Dog Park. Henderson: large and small dogs. 1 acre fenced w/double
gate entry. Combined large/small dogs. Cleanup bags, trash cans, two benches, no
shade and no running water. Park restrooms close for water source. Dirt/grass
surface. States gated small and
large dog parks with water and bags. Directions: City of Henderson, Nevada Parks

Cactus Wren Park. Dog park with three fenced
sections. 6:00 am to midnight. Nicely maintained, new park with surfaces half
grass/half small pebble in each of three sections. Benches for the humans. LOTS
of fun dogs and people. Location: 2900 Ivanpah Drive. Directions: At the
intersection of St. Rose Parkway and Eastern, one needs to go North on Eastern.
At Ione (the first light), take a right. Follow it until it runs into Ivanpah
and then take a right and follow Ivanpah at the end -- there's the park. (Thank

Dos Escuelas Park. Large and Small Dog Park. Gated large and small park
areas with water and bags. Location: 1 Golden View Dr. (Desert Shadow Trail &

Las Vegas

Desert Breeze Park. The park is divided into
three sections. One for the small dogs, one for the large dogs and one for
anyone who wants to use it. Bags are supplied and there are gazebos to take
shade from the hot desert sun. Corner of Spring Mountain and Durango, in Las

Horse/Dog Fanciers Park. The largest Dog Park
in Las Vegas. It has FIVE areas that are the size of an athletic arena
combined. Large, Medium, small. It includes several water stations,
bathrooms, bag stations throughout, lot's of grass, four covered patios with
bench's. Stadium lighting until just about 11pm. Location: East Flamingo
(very end of Flamingo Rd.) Directions: I 15 to Flamingo, Exit East, travel
Eastbound until Flamingo ends, turn rt at the stop. 2nd right. From 95 fwy,

Lorenzi Park. Dog Run. Separate large
and small dog runs; each about 1/3 acre. Water and bags provided. New trees,
all gravel, covered benches. Park is beautiful with fishing lake, rose
garden, picnic areas, tennis courts, museum, etc. The dog runs in comparison
were disappointing, not what I'd call a "park", but at least it's a leash
free space. Location: 3494 W. Washington Ave. Directions: Hwy 95, north on
Rancho, west on Washington, south on Twin Lakes Dr. Dog run in parking lot
of Museum/Senior Center. (Thank you

Metro Academy Dog Park. Two
fenced areas one large and small, bags and water provided. Double gate entry
for dog safety. Location: Cheyenne Avenue and Metro Academy Way. Directions:
Take Cheyenne Avenue west toward the 215 and turn right at Metro Academy

Sunrise Dog Park. This dog park is separated
into two sections, one for larger dogs and one for smaller dogs. Bags are
supplied, there are two gazebos for shade, and drinking fountains for both
people and dogs. Dog park is located adjacent to a people park with a
playground, so it's convenient for the kids to play while the adults keep
the dogs company. Los Feliz one block north of Carey (near Nellis
AFB). East On Sahara Ave, to left (north) on Hollywood to Right (east) on
Carey to left (north) on Los Feliz to end. (Thank you Oscar Pitt)
Reno
- Rancho San Rafael
Park. Open 8am to dusk, park is partially fenced. There is a creek and a
pond for dogs to play in. There are picnic tables, water but turned off in the
winter, restrooms, parking, handicap access, and poop-bags. This area is a
multi use area so there maybe be people flying kites or planes. The field is
huge, therefore lots and lots of room to run. This area gets warm in the
summer as there is no trees. Location: Sierra Street and McCarran Blvd.
Directions: From Interstate 80 take the Virginia Street exit. Sierra Street is
west of Virginia Street, go north on Sierra Street, Rancho San Rafael Park is
on the left. Enter the park, go through the stop sign and turn right into the
parking lot with the restrooms. Dogs must be leashed as they cross the field
to the park. The dog park is the area enclosed with the white fence. (Thank

- Virginia Lake. Fully fenced, benches,
water ( but turned off during winter), cement patio with cover otherwise area
is dirt. Location: Lakeside and Mountain View, north field. Directions: From
Highway 395 take the Plumb Lane exit, follow Plumb Lane west until Lakeside
Drive and turn left. Follow Lakeside Drive and turn right onto Mountain View,
dog park will be on the left side. (Thank you

Spark
- Sparks Marina. Plenty of free parking. Dogs must be
leashed on the walk from the parking lot to the park. There are plenty of
waste bags located along your walk, so please clean up after your pet. Park
is open from dawk to dusk, year-round and dogs are not allowed on the
beaches at any time. Located on a man-made marina in Sparks, NV (just east
of Reno). Fenced in and right on the water, this is a popular place for dogs
and their owners during hot summer days. No currents or tides to worry
about; dogs are free to run around unleashed and play in the water. The
marina is completely surrounded by a walking trail, providing a great way to
dry off your pooch before heading home. Also, directly across the marina
from the dog park is the Scraps Dog Bakery, where you can buy specialty
hand-made treats and other goodies. Location: 300 Howard Drive. Directions:
Take the North McCarran Blvd. exit off I-80 East, just past The Nugget
casino. Go left off the exit ramp, then right at the second light, just past
the truck stop. Keep going straight and Sparks Marina will be directly in
front of you. The dog park is on the right hand side of the marina, opposite
the beaches and row of houses (brightly colored, can't miss them) and is
