Bethlehem
- Illicks Mills Dog Park. Bethlehem Dog Park! Dog Park in Bethlehem
PA. The park is large and has both small and large dog areas. This is the fist
and only dog park to date in the Lehigh Valley! The first one in the Lehigh
Valley! Location: Behind Memorial Pool off of Illick's Mill road. Directions:
The park is located off of Illick's Mill Road. You should look for signs for
Memorial pool. Park in the memorial pool lot and the park is located behind
the pool. You can get to Illick's Mill Road by exiting route 22 at
Shoenersville road south. Illick's Mill road will be on your right in about 2
miles.Optional Directions: Illicks Mill Rd. Directions: Rt 22 East to 378/Schoenersville
Rd. Exit. Schoenersville Rd. to Left on Illicks Mill Rd (at Baseball park).
1/2 mile to park on the right (directly across from Pennsylvania Playhouse)

Cheltenham Township

Curtis Hall Dog Park. Cheltenham/ Wyncote Park. Separate areas for s/l dogs, clean, large dog area
is very large!! People are friendly. you can bring your water. Enter on
Washington Lane. follow 73w to Washington Lane, left on Washington, park
entrance a mile or so on your right. Location: Curtis Hall Arboretum is
bordered by Greenwood Ave, Church Road and Washington Lane with access on
all three roads. Car access to the Bark Park is off Washington Lane.
Directions: Bark Park entrance is off Washington Lane. Using Church Road: If
eastbound on Church: turn right/if westbound: turn left onto Washington Lane
(towards Philadelphia!) Proceed about 1/4 mile downhill. Near the base of
the hill is a small bridge. Just before the bridge is a small gated
street/driveway on your right (passenger side). This is Curtis Hall's Drive.
Turn in and follow the road to the first parking lot. The Bark Park is on
the east side of the lot. From Cheltenham Ave & Washington Lane: turn onto
Washington Lane (heading for the suburbs!). Proceed about 1 mile and you
will go down a small hill with a little bridge at the borrom. Just after the
bridge is a small gated street/driveway on your left (driver's side). This
is Curtis Hall's Drive. Turn in and follow the road to the first parking
lot. The Bark Park is on the east side of the lot (very obvious).

- Lloyd Park. This is not a designated dog
park, but it is a park that many people take there dogs to and they are
allowed to run off-leash. The park is not enclosed, but it is a large field
with woods around the edges and a creek that runs through it. Great running
room, good swimming hole. My dog loves it! Location: Lloyd Ave. Directions:
From central Downingtown, take Business Route 30 West. Make a right onto Lloyd
Ave. Through a stop sign, over single lane stone bridge, parking on right

MonDaug Bark Park. Bark park witjh 2 sections to separate small dogs
from large dogs. The small and large dog parks are separated, but do share a
common fence. Owners are welcome to bring their small dog into the large dog
park, but they do so at their own risk. Location: 1130 Camphill Road.
Directions: It is located on Camphill Road, south of Susquehanna Road and

Gated keycard entry for registered dog owners only. Separate fenced areas
for small and large dogs as well a common area. Scoop bags and disposal

Lansdale
- Montgomery Township Bark Park. Large
fenced in area, trees, grass, fire hydrants. Large and small dogs in same
area, benches, bowls for water and tennis balls provided, but bring your own
water to fill bowls. Location: It is on Rt. 63 in Lansdale. The name of the
Plaza has changed from Bell Run to Assi Plaza. Directions: From 309 turn
onto Welsh Road West, Rt 63. Pass the 202 Jct. Turn right into Assi Plaza.
The park is behind the plaza. The flag is gone. Only a wooden post marks the
trail leading to the park. The park itself is very nice, well maintained.
Entrance is behind the bank, and then behind the Tudor-style house. Look for

Canine Creature Comforts.
10,000 sq/ft Indoor Private Dog Park. Every dog that comes in to play will
need to provide proof of up to date vaccinations. This way every dog your
puppy comes in contact with is also safely protected! There are ALWAYS trained
staff members in the play area with you and your dogs. Their job is to watch
for any inappropriate play behavior, bullying, unwelcome chasing or unusual
stress levels. Hours: Big Dogs Play Time 9am - 11am (approximately 40lbs and
up*) Wee One Play Time 12pm - 2pm (approximately 39lbs and under*). *There can
always be exceptions to this rule. The staff will help determine if a
particular dog would do better in one or the other group. Cost: Each play
session - $10.00. 5 play sessions $45.00. 10 play sessions pass $85.00.
Our number one concern is the safety of each of our guests. Because of this,
Canine Creature Comforts reserves the right to ask any dog that does not do
well in the open play environment to be excused. In some instances, raining

Creek Park. County park with off leash area. The off leash area is not
fenced. It goes up hill and there is lots of mud when it rains. No bags, but
it is expected to clean up. The park is also great for recreation. During
hunting season, it is recommended that you wear bright clothing as well as put
a bright cover on your dog. You can buy them at stores like Ganther or
Cabella's. Location:

- Norwalk River. The Norwalk River walk.
Just West of the Norwalk Aquarium there is a private wooded walk where dogs
can have lots of room to explore and there is a great path which follows the
river towards Matthews park. Location: Water Street. Directions: Facing the
entrance to the Norwalk Aquarium the park is directly behind you. Walk along
the path next to the river about 1/4 mile and the entrance to the park is on

Oaks
- Reynolds Dog Park. Off the leash dog park.
Opened in the late Summer of 2007. This park offers 2 fenced-in areas: one for
small breeds and the second for large breeds. Location: Longford Road.
Directions: From Route 422, take the Oaks Exit, traveling toward Phoenixville
on Egypt Road. Turn Left onto Longford Road and go over the Railroad tracks.

Philadelphia
- Bluebell Hill. Wide open field, extensive
woodsy hiking trails. Location: Walnut Street in Germantown. Directions:
From Ridge Ave in Roxborough, Turn onto Walnut towards Germantown. Bear
right at rotary, take your first right to enter the park. Fun park, lots of
space. Lots of picnics/barbeques in summer, so sometimes owners must watch
dogs carefully. GREAT hiking trails and stream swimming. (Thank you Tom

Eastern State Dog Pen. Fenced in off leash with two separate areas in
case a pup needs to be separated. We also have a kiddie pool for the pups to
cool off in. In addition to that we provide bio-degradable poop bags.
Location: On the corner of Corinthian Avenue and Brown Streets in the
Fairmount section of Philadelphia. Directions: Take Fairmount Ave to

- Pastorius Park. (NOT AN OFFICIAL LEASHLESS
DOG PARK) Large, unfenced area with lots of trees and a man-made pond.
Beautiful setting. You are supposed to keep your dog leashed but no one does
and I've never seen any police there enforcing it. Location: End of Lincoln
Drive. Directions: Take Germantown Ave into Chestnut Hill. Go through
shopping area of G-town Ave in Chestnut Hill to Willow Grove Ave. Go right
onto Willow Grove Ave. Take a right onto Lincoln Drive at second stop sign.

- Pretzel Park. Fenced in, small but
friendly people and doggies, bring your own water - there's a big bowl there
but it needs to be filled. Location: Cresson Street (parallel to Main St in
Manayunk). Directions: Take Schuylkill Expy to Belmont Ave exit. Go across
Green Street Bridge. Go through Main Street intersection (light) and make
first right after Main Street onto Cresson Street (runs under the El
tracks). Take Cresson several blocks until it "dog-legs" to the left. The
park is on your left. The fenced in part is at one end of the park. (Thank

- Reservoir
Dogs! Park. Two fenced dog park areas. Location: Reservoir Park, 600
Franklin Ave (Franklin and Fillmore). Directions: From Points North --- Take
Rt. 113 South. Cross over the bridge linking Montgomery and Chester Counties.
Make a right turn onto Fillmore St. Follow Fillmore until you hit the
intersection of Franklin and Fillmore. Make a right into Reservoir Park. From
Points South --- Follow Rt. 113 as it crosses over the Gay St. Bridge into the
North Side of Phoenixville. After the Bridge, Gay St. becomes Franklin Ave.
Follow Franklin Ave until you hit the entrance of Reservoir Park. (Thank you

- Misty Pines.

Wexford exit off 79 north
- North Park Dog Park. Fenced in Dog Park in North
Park. Has water in non-winter months, picnic tables, and lots and lots of
mud. Double gated entrance, area is not flat. Location: Lake Shore Drive and
Walter Rd. Directions: Take Pierce Mill Rd to Lake Shore Drive down by the

- South Park Dog Park. Huge fenced park. No amenities
but lots of space. Location: In South Park off Corrigan Drive. It's a new
facility and can be a real mud pit which the dogs love it. They're planning
to add another one adjacent to the original so the grass can grow. They will
rotate which area is open weekly.
Directions: Take Rt. 88 South from Pittsburgh. Turn onto Corrigan Drive
which is the main drag through South Park. DO NOT EXCEED THE SPEED LIMIT.
You are sure to get a ticket. The park is just past the tennis courts on the
left about a mile into the park. You will see signs directing you to the
wave pool on the right. Take the left at those signs and traffic light. Park
just off that road and walk about 100 yards to the enclosure. (Thank you

- West Park. Off leash dog park. Guy, the icy ball
man (snow cones for non Pittsburghers) is right around the corner! Location:
Along train tracks and adjacent to the National Aviary with a duck pond

- Harford

Reading
- Pets Purrfur. Dog playground. Location: 4400
Boyertown Pike. Relatively small (about a 10-15 dog maximum) area with toys,
water, bags, and trash can available. Hours are Tuesday and Friday 4-6pm and
Saturday 10am-12pm and 3-5pm. There is a $5.00 per dog entry fee. Directions:
From Rt 422 Take 562 (Boyertown Pike) East. It is on the right hand side after
the intersection of 562 and Shelborne Road. From Rt 662 Take Rt 562 (Boyertown
Pike) West. Pets Purrfur will be on the left hand side with an elementary
school on the right shortly after the intersection of 562 and Church Lane.

Sewickley Heights

Sewickley Heights Dog Park. Off-leash with open fields and lots of wide
trails This is a really nice park with over 12 miles of wide trails. They
weave through the woods and most circle back to where you started. There are
also streams for swimming. There's an open area about the size of a football
field. 2 dogs per person are permitted off leash throughout the entire park.
Horses are also allowed. Location: Fern Hollow Rd. Sewickley Heights, PA.
Directions: From Rt. 65, turn into the Quaker Valley Shopping Plaza. Turn
right on Beaver Rd. Turn left at the first stop sign onto Big Sewickley Creek
Rd. 2 miles turn right on Fern Hollow Rd. Park is 1/2 mile on left. (Thank you

Spring City
- Jolinda Dog Farm / Linda Brown Dog Swim. The place
trains rescue and special purpose German Shepherds, but 1 building has two
pools that are open to all dogs. $10 per visit. Hours are daily 8am - 8pm.
Once in the building, dogs can be taken off leash. Dog socialization is
encouraged. First time visitors should call ahead so Linda can set up a time
to go over the rules with you. Location: 723 Saylors Mill Road. Tel: (610)
495-7247. Directions: 30-45 minutes outside of Philadelphia. About 10 miles

- Washington Crossing Park. Large Park with lake and
pavilions. Location: On River Rd. in Washington Crossing across from visitor

Make left off exit. Go straight on Taylorsville Rd. thought first light. At
second right turn right on to 532. Proceed to four way stop sign and turn

West Chester/Exton

Greenhill Dog Park. Completely
enclosed, skate park, and park as well for kids. During warmer months the
dog parks has fountains for dogs. There is a small dog show course (where
they can go inside a tube, and jump over a stick). Location: Off of Paoli
Pike coming from Exton and very end of High Street if you're coming from
West Chester. Directions: RT 100 & GREENHILL ROAD, WEST CHESTER, PA 19380.
This is the address to the WaWa but on the other side there is the skate
park, a park, and dog park. The easiest way to get here is to MAP
directions. There are steps from the WaWa that go down to the parks. (Thank

West Whiteland
- Robert Lambert Park. Fenced-in dog play
area. Poop bags available and doggie water fountain. A small place, but fenced
so the dogs have fun. Location: Pottstown Pike (rt 100). Directions: Next to
the Wawa on Pottstown Pike/rt 100, a few miles north of West Chester, just
before Greenhill rd. There's a huge skate park in this park as well that can
