- Robinswood Park. Enclosed Dog Park. Fenced
and water available. There is
am enclosed dirt & wood chip area for dogs. Doggie waste bags available. This
used to be an area for horses. There are a few picnic tables to sit on. People
usually bring a gallon of water with them. This area was a horse corral, so
the fences are sturdy and in good repair. There are picnic tables to sit on,
and a water stand available for the dogs. New bark chip has just been placed.
This is a nice enclosure, and has double gates to help get you safely in and
out of the park. Location: 148th Avenue, across from

Patmore Pit. Multi-acre off
leash park. Has separate fenced off agility area, toys and water, and clean
up bags provided. Location: Patmore Road, Coupeville. Directions: From SR 20
turn onto Patmore Road, will be down about a mile on the left, there is a

- Edmonds (O.L.A.E.). Edmonds Marina Park. A non-profit group called O.L.A.E. (Off-Leash Area
Edmonds) stewards the area. Location: South of Marina Beach on Admiral Way.
Directions: Follow signs to the Edmonds Ferry. Turn south on Admiral Way and

French Lake Park.
New off-leash park - - huge. Brand new off-leash park that is on
"probationary" term of one year, so practice good dog park etiquette! Lots of
dogs of all sizes. No water fountain. Pond. Large running areas. Picnic tables
and benches. Location: 31531 1st Ave S. Directions: I-5 South to 320th, Right
on 320th, Right on 1st Ave, Left immediately after 1st light. (Thank you

Bark Park. Off leash dog park. Location: NE Natalie Way. Directions: From
I-90, take exit #18 and head north on Highlands Drive. Turn right on NE
Federal Drive and right onto NE Park Drive. Continue east on Park Drive. Turn
left on 25th Ave NE, and left on NE Natalie Way. Bark Park will be on your

- Fort Steilacoom Park
Off-Leash Area. Opened in 2005. Just found it today. Had a great time
watching the dog be dogs and having a great time. We will definitely go back.

a great playground for kids. Location: 8714 - 87th Avenue SW. Directions:
Directions: From I-5 northbound: Take exit 125. Turn left onto Bridgeport Way
and go north crossing 100th street SW and Gravelly Lake Drive. Turn left on
Steilacoom Blvd. Travel about 1.2 miles and turn left onto 87th Avenue SW.
Turn right immediately into the park. From I-5 southbound. Take exit 129 (72nd
Street) and turn west onto 74th Street which becomes Custer Drive in 2.3
miles. Turn right on 88th Street SW whichj becomes Steilacoom Blvd. Turn left

Bandix Dog Park. 30 acres with open areas, trails. An official
county park, but developed and maintained by volunteers. Opened July 3, 2004.
Location: On Bandix between Nelson and Burley-Olalla Rd. Directions: Take the
Burley/Olalla Rd exit off of Hwy 16. Head east to top of hill, and watch for
Bandix. Turn right on Bandix and watch for the park sign on your right. (Thank

ALPPS. Private, protected dog park for
dogs under 20 pounds and their owners. ALPPS features a fenced and covered,
private, secure park for petite pooches 20 pounds and under. The park also
has 2 sunrooms facing the park for Moms and Dads to enjoy. One room is a
coffee/reading room with a breakfast nook and fireplace. The other room is
an activity/craft room. I offer free treats and refreshments--for both you
and your baby. Location: 1051 Donald Ave. Directions: Between Oak Harbor and
Coupeville on Highway 20. Coming from Oak Harbor: Left on Sydney, Right on

- Raab Park Off-Leash area with large,
tree-lined fenced dog park with water, small dog area, poop bags, and nice
trail in lovely park for onleash-walks. Location: Near Hostmark/Caldart
intersection (near High School), turn Right on Caldart, to driveway just
before new housing development starts. Directions: At Hostmark/Caldart
intersection (near High School), turn roughly east up driveway and take R
fork. Other fork goes to school district. Dog area is on your right as you
enter park. Informal parking area just beyond far end of fenced area. (Thank

Howe Farm Off Leash Dog Park. 83 .0 Acres Historic Farm. Limited
Parking, wide open fields for dogs to run, small creek, apple trees, and
plastic bags available for poopy pickup. Location: Long Lake Rd. Directions:
Take Hwy 16 to Sedgwick. Travel east on Sedgwick about three miles to Long
Lake Road. Howe Farm is located on Long Lake Road between Mile Hill Drive and

- South Kitsap Community Park. Lovely 80+
acres of field, trails, and human recreation. This is a wonderful place,
managed by volunteers (so everyone must clean up after their own). Lots of
trails, a miniature railroad (rideable), paintball field, several baseball
fields, batting cages, basketball court, children's play equipment,
tournament-level horseshoe field. Location: NW corner of Jackson and Lund.
Jackson Street entrance brings you right to the field and trail entrances.
Directions: Hwy 16 West of Tacoma (east of Bremerton), Tremont Exit, turn east

- Grandview Park. 37 acres of off leash dog
park. Fenced with bathroom facilities, water several fountains, covered picnic
area, 4-5 separate area to visit. Grass and sand areas with trees and large
logs to sit on. Great place to go with your pals. Location: Military Road
South and S 228th. Take Kent Desmoins (Kent) exit off I 5. I 5 take
Kent/Des/Moines exit (Kent) turn North on Military Road. Across from small

Dog Pond. At Martin Luther King Jr. Way and S. Massachusetts Street on
the NW corner. No off-leash areas in I-90 lid Park, located just east of
Blue Dog Pond.

Dr. Jose Rizal Park.
Dr.
Jose Rizal Park is located at 1008 12th Avenue South on North Beacon Hill.
The pilot Off-Leash Area on North Beacon Hill is now open. The site is
located in the lower portion of Dr. Jose Rizal Park. Access through the
double gate near the green kiosk north of the parking lot. The area is about
4 acres and is fully fenced.

Off-Leash Area. Bordered by South Genesee and 46th Ave S. A fenced, open
area on a previous landfill has become a popular place for dogs and their
owners to exercise, socialize, play and learn.

Gardens Park. 8498 Seaview Place NW, in Ballard. The upper or eastern
portion of the park. Located on Puget Sound.
- Grandview Off-Leash Park. Location: 3599 So
228th St., Seattle, WA. Military road, between 188th and ken- des Moines road.
Directions: From I-5 NORTH, take exit 149 (Kent Des-Moines). Take left on S.
Kent, DesMoines Rd, take left onto Military Rd So. From i-5 south, take Kent-
Des Moines exit, turn right off ramp, left at military road (next light). Dog

Park. 6500 Sandpoint Way. Eastern and northern boundary of the park.
Located on Lake Washington. At the end of the off leash trail there is a
small area of the beach designated for off leash dogs.

Located west of
I-5 at North 130th Street, the off-leash area is in the northeast corner of
the park. There is parking available on the south side of the park on North
125th.

Park. 8806 8th Ave SW, in West Seattle. Located along the southern
and western border of the reservoir.

Park. West of the tennis courts on West Green Lake Way.

Sequim Dog Park. 1.7 acre grass dog park. Sequim Dog Park is part of the
largest city park in Sequim, Carrie Blake Park. It's open year-round, from
dawn to dusk. Small dog area, dog bags provided, fenced and gated. Location:
202 N. Blake Road, Sequim, Washington, 98382. Directions: Exit highway 101 at
Washington (coming from the east) or Sequim Ave (coming from the west). Follow
Washingington to Blake and turn north. Drive ~1/3 mile. Enter Carrie Blake

Steilacoom. Fort Steilacoom
OLA. 3 acres fenced in for small/timid dogs. 22 acres fenced in for large
dogs. Location: at Fort Steilacoom Park. Directions: See website for more

- Rogers Park. Off leash fenced playfield. Lots of friendly dogs come to
this park. If you bring your dog make sure you clean up after him/her. It's
a new doggie park and is already getting very muddy. Need more info- go to

Location: S. 34th and "L" St. Directions: From Seattle Take City Center exit
off of I-5 South. Take exit going towards South 26th Street. Take a left on
26th Street Next take a right on Pacific. Take a left on 34th and Follow to
"L". Take a left on "L". You'll see a gazebo and a gate. Enter here the park

Pacific Park. Approximately 20
acres currently (as of 10/05); Parks and Rec is in the process of
developing this park but agrees to let dog owners use the park for
off-leash play in the meantime. Once developed, the off-leash space will
be approximately 8 acres. Some woods; some open fields. Squirrels and
bunnies. Fenced. Bring your own water. Pick up after your dog.
DOGPAW is a non-profit organization
registered in the State of Washington. Mission: To work with dog owners
and the community at large to promote awareness and acceptance and to
increase the availability for safe off leash areas for dogs in Clark
County. Location: NE 18th St & NE 172nd Ave. Directions: You can
reach the park via Highway 14; take 164th Ave. exit, drive north for 2.5
miles. (164th Ave. turns into 162nd Ave but you won't notice the change.)
Turn right on 18th Street. Turn right again at first corner. Drive about
one block, gate to park is on your left, across from a storage facility

ROSS Off-Leash Dog Recreation Area. DOGPAW's flagship Park is at
the ROSS substation off of I-5 and Hwy 99. This site is approximately 8
acres of open fields with plenty of hilly terrain to run, jump and fetch.
Mission: To work with dog owners and the community at large to promote
awareness and acceptance and to increase the availability for safe off
leash areas for dogs in Clark County. Location: Between NE 15th Ave. and
NE 18th Ave. Directions: I-5 exit 3, Hazel Dell, Hwy. 99. Head north on
Hwy. 99. Go east on NE Ross St. to NE 18th Ave. Parking at 18th Ave. and
